He told us what we should expect in regards to timing. At the time we were not ready. Tom checked in on us from time to time and provided market updates. In early August we called Tom to sign the paperwork. The listing went live on August 16th and by 7:30 on the 17th we accepted an offer. As we have worked through the process Tom's guidance and expertise has been invaluable to us. This is the 5th times we have sold a home.
